The program is part of the Rohit Mandava Center for Career Development on the HEAL campus. The center is funded by the Rohit Mandava Memorial Foundation and was created to help students see more possibilities for their future.
Why it exists
Many students are asked what they want to become before they have had enough chances to explore the world of work. Rohit Compass gives students a place to begin through a guided career interview, career exploration pages, and practical missions.
About Rohit Mandava
Rohit Mandava is remembered by his family, friends, classmates, and colleagues for his drive, curiosity, discipline, love of travel, and commitment to living fully.
Rohit's own journey reflected that spirit of exploration, from academic achievement and an investment banking career in New York City to traveling more than 30 countries and pushing himself through endurance sports.
In Rohit's memory, his family created efforts that support learning, exploration, and opportunity for students. Rohit Compass carries that spirit forward by helping students discover paths that fit their strengths and aspirations.

Rohit Compass is launching first with HEAL students. Students are personally onboarded by their teachers and use a school enrollment code to create an account.
